McGuire Plumbing provides licensed residential plumbing services, including drain and sewer service, water heater installation and repair, fixture installation and repair, leak detection and pipe repair, sump pumps, bathroom and kitchen remodel plumbing, gas lines, and water softeners. Information on this Site about our services, pricing indications, and service area is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

Quote requests submitted through this Site are free and come with no obligation. Estimates are done in person and are based on what we observe at your property — a final price is only confirmed once we've reviewed the full scope of work with you directly, not through the website alone.

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract between you and McGuire Plumbing. Any actual work is governed by a separate agreement (verbal or written) made directly between you and Seth McGuire at the time of booking.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems

McGuire Plumbing is a licensed and insured plumbing contractor. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request — feel free to ask when requesting a quote or before work begins.
